Banner Display and Certificate Presentation

On Thursday 23rd April from 3.30pm in the Town Hall we will be showcasing the hard work of our local schools in the preparation of banners to be displayed throughout the summer in Thiers. Every year a number of local schools take part in creating and painting their own individual banner on a given topic. On Thursday these banners will be available to see before they are despatched to Thiers. We will provide certificates to our young local artists, presented by our Mayor, David Cooper, to celebrate their outstanding work. All are welcome to see what an amazing job our children have achieved. There will also be homemade cakes to enjoy.
