Val Seabright (Vice Chair) and Fran Spicer (Treasurer) were delighted to be invited to present certificates to the amazing artists from Highley Primary this morning. We attended their assembly and met the children who had created their banner. We also explained a little about what twinning was and who our twinned towns were. We received a very warm welcome and hope the children will continue to join in the Banner Project next year. Great work and thank you!
