Twinning Festival 27th - 30th June 2025

As part of the Twinning calendar, we take turns to host the Twinning Festival. This year, Bridgnorth will be entertaining our friends from Thiers and Schrobenhausen. The visit is fast approaching. We have a very interesting and varied schedule of events planned, including a trip to David Austin Roses or RAF Cosford, an opportunity to go up St Leonard's Church Tower, a visit to Dudmaston Hall, and a tour behind the scenes at the Majestic Cinema, amongst other activities.

We would be delighted to welcome as many present, past and potential members along to join in with any of the proposed activities.

The highlight of the weekend will be a meal at Bridgnorth Rugby Club on the Saturday evening, 28th June. A delicious 3 course meal will be provided, cooked by the Rugby Club's renowned chef, Srey Oun. On the menu will be a traditional roast beef dinner with Yorkshire puddings and all the trimmings, homemade apple crumble and custard followed by a superb selection of cheeses with biscuits (any special dietary requirements will of course also be catered for). This will cost £25 per person. During the evening there will be a short fun quiz hosted by our own Mastermind Finalist, Ben Spicer, and Aaron Alvey will be keeping us entertained throughout the evening. It's set to be a great night!
