We were pleased to welcome Claudia and Andrew from Schrobenhausen to Bridgnorth in late August. They were on holiday, staying at The Croft. We spent a very pleasant bank holiday Saturday with them:
We had a lovely lunch at The Viking Chefs; struggled through a very difficult music quiz as part of the Bridgnorth Music and Arts event in the Castle grounds; had a quick visit to show them the new Bridgnorth Rugby Club clubhouse and enjoyed a drink in the Bassa Villa beer garden.
On bank holiday Monday we went to Yvette Hard and Paul Tipper along with Linda Hill and Harold for a Jamacian themed lunch.
It was so lovely to spend quality time with them and to get to know them better. We look forward to them returning to Bridgnorth next summer as part of the Twinning exchange.
